now since tauran has posted his pics on his site, im letting loose too (poses by master tauran of course). for those keeping up with steves and souwahs story on the internets, you know just how crazy its been. long story short, they met in spain on a scott robert workshop (spain…that was a long time ago: post1, post2) where some of us had the privilege to see this relationship begin. all made possible by technology, steve’s crazy dedication to fly back and forth so many times and sou wah’s amazing family taking him in. some nights during our usual car talks, i could never be sure where the heck he was. congrats my friends and thanks for letting me the honor of capturing your day too. an epic wedding indeed that was so full of details at a lovely location with amazing family.

DAY 2

subechya and andrew picked vine hill house for their wedding. when i got here i was like “what a nice little getaway in the bay!” a place i would totally come back to to chill with friends overnight in.  i knew coming in to shoot this wedding it would be utter fun as it was fun shooting their engagement session. you know me, i love it when weddings are this personal…just a bunch of friends and family coming together to partay.

i started shooting film for the first time in ages at this wedding. crossing my fingers those came out good. caught myself looking at the back of the camera many times for an lcd haha.

what, derek and i playing on the job??? nothing beats having fun on the job while getting work done.
