all about photography

actually, i am really a Graphic Designer and photography has always been a hobby of mine (still is!). i love shooting landscapes and anything in nature but it wasn’t until 2007 that I started pursuing wedding photography after my first wedding shoot with Jerry Yoon. after that I have been hooked on wedding imagery and try to learn more about it by taking workshops and being mentored by Scott Robert Lim or by shooting alongside other great photographers who I can gather inspiration from.

and i dont really use the ‘ key or shift key when i type i either.

call me a sap or whatever but its always fascinating to see how the life of a man and a woman can collide and make it to marriage. i love learning from couples to see just how they serve each other and what makes them who they are. it is a taste of the beautiful picture of God and the church at the end times.

all about me

love love love. i love airplanes. actually i like anything with a big engine like trains. i love collecting plastic models and building them. too bad not many people share this interest. if you like airplanes and or trains and want a buddy, you know that ill always be here happy to talk about them. or find me as “b-16707″ at www.diecastaircraftforum.com

i love biking too. i love mountain biking but i also love going super fast on a road bike. i love biking with friends. even though its hard to bond and talk during a ride, its enduring the distance and terrain together thats priceless.

and i love all the other things in life like hanging out with friends, family, being outdoors, etc. but in the midst of all of these i love my quiet times too. rest for the body is a must. so dont be surprised if you see me lying on the floor sleeping. im “one with the floor” as some of my friends can attest too.

all about purpose

if my purpose here on Earth is for nothing less than the Glory of the Lord, then photography in my life is a reflection of that. through my photography, i try to worship Him as i enjoy his Creation; both humans and nature. God has revealed himself through creation and i love to bask in that and reflect upon him! wedding photography may fade for me but nature photography will always be my #1 love.

hopefully I can inspire someone out there to pick up a camera and in turn inspire me back.. theres nothing better than being inspired to be greater.
