California College of the Arts Admission

homeccalogo

on one hand i am so happy that i got into the college. it has been on my mind for awhile now to find a masters program in design and to get out of the working world, back into school where i can be inspired once again. it sucks really BAD not being inspired.

BUT…yes there is always a but…

i now dont know what to do with my wedding stuff. dont get me wrong, i am NOT quitting the wedding world and serving people. i just really dont know what grad school will be like and what the workload will be like and if i can continue doing weddings for these few years im in school. but i think that regardless, i will be hopefully be able to take at least one even per month with an increased time in delivery of processed images.

for 2009 i am only taking events up until september until i figure out what the heck grad school will take. unless of course you really really really want me to shoot your wedding, then maybe i can make an exception….hehe

woohoo to grad school! and who knows how this will shape my wedding business in the future!

  1. Wow, congrats dude!

  2. That is great news Kai-Kai!!! Congrats on getting in and looking forward to seeing your work.

  3. First of all, congratulations on being accepted! Praise God! Second, I’m really glad that Charlene and I had your as our wedding photographer before you got busy with school. Sounds like you’ll be a hot commodity for the next few years, or at least your time will be scarce. And third, I’m pretty sure you’ll still make time for wedding photography. It’s in your blood; you can’t not do weddings :-)

  4. I’m going to jump on the congratulations pile.

  5. Congratulations! That’s awesome =)
