I have no idea but…this was my first time for me taking pictures of a baby and take my word for it, it’s not easy! You can’t tell a baby to smile or pose on command so everything is impromptu. Only the parents know how to get the baby smiling and giggling. Finger on shutter release, set that camera on high speed burst and wait patiently.

I got to say it was really fun editing and reviewing these pictures. It put a smile on my face everytime I opened the folder.

Here’s baby Nathanael, son of Brian and Josephine Lee. I like to call them my mentors; they give me advice through thick and thin. I got to say Nathanael’s pretty chubby and dare I say “cute?” I didn’t really know how to portray Nathanael having fun so I create 2 photoseries, click on them for a larger view. A sleeping baby is so unbelievable peaceful to watch. Jpeg compression reduces color saturation to the minimum so pictures might seem a little cool, but actually the color on the originals are vibrant. It was a pleasure shooting at your request Mr. & Mrs. Lee! You’ve done more for me and my life than anything I could repay you with. So enough of my thoughts…without further ado, Baby Nathanael…
